vehicle without registering or logging in.
However, we ask that you share your contact information so that we can pass it along to your selected dealer,
who will then contact you. We promise that your contact information will kept private in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Registering also allows you to continue your shopping session, retrieve your saved
bookmarks, and create multiple shopping lists when you re-visit the Web site.
Q: Why are some model years missing from the site?
A: The EASy Web site supports the last 4–5 model years for Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep
vehicles.
Q: I can't find a particular make or accessory. What should I do?
A: The EASy Web site is based on official data supplied by MOPAR.
Please contact your preferred dealer to get more information.
Q: Why can't I purchase the accessories online?
A: This feature is not yet supported. Please contact your preferred dealer
to get a quote for purchasing your selected accessories.
Q: I am unable to see the picture of my selected accessory on the picture of the vehicle. What is wrong?
A: If you have clicked on "View on Vehicle" link for an accessory and the vehicle picture does not show up, you probably need
to upgrade the Adobe Flash Player plug-in for your browser.
It is available for free at Adobe Flash Player home page.
Q: What is the difference between Add to List and View on Vehicle options for accessories?
A: It is possible for you to view the image of the popular accessories
superimposed on the image of the selected vehicles to personalize the shopping experience without first adding
it to the shopping list. If you like the way the selected accessories look, you can click
on the "Show/Hide Accessories" link and select "Add to Shopping List" for one or more such accessories.
The small shopping list in the left corner of the screen allows you to view or remove the accessory image
from the vehicle by clicking on the small TV-like icon.
Q: How can I get an Installation Instructions Sheet for a part?
A: Please search for the part by selecting the appropriate category and
group, or by searching for a particular part number or part name. Once you have
located the part, click the More Detail link to see detailed information about the
part. On this page, you will find the link to the part's Installation Instruction
Sheet.
Q: The site is not displaying properly in my Web browser. Why?
A: The site is currently optimized for Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7 and Internet
Explorer 8 only. We will support additional browsers in the near future.
